About this item
- Start with the Right Fit- This ring is available in sizes 7 to 12. Measure your finger and check the size chart before ordering, especially if you are between sizes. (Tip: If it does not fit the finger you planned to wear it on, try another finger. It may fit comfortably there and save you the hassle of an exchange.)
- Sleep and Hrv At Night - Wear this sleep tracker ring to bed and check sleep time, sleep patterns, and nighttime HRV in the app. Its screen-free design leaves your wrist free while you sleep. First use: place the ring in the portable charging case and close the lid to activate it. To recharge, always close the case lid, or charging will not start.
- Heart Rate and Activity Throughout the Day - This heart rate monitor ring lets you check trends during work, downtime, and light activity. Review sleep patterns, steps, calories and workouts from your phone, whether you are at the gym or going through your normal day.
- Ip68 Waterproof for Daily Routines - Wear it while washing your hands, showering, bathing, or swimming within the tested rating. Wipe the stainless steel health ring dry before charging.
- No Subscription, Data Access - View sleep and activity data in the app, sync metrics with Apple Health. Pair the ring with a compatible iOS & Android phone over Bluetooth. Ordered the wrong size? We offer a return or exchange.
